Capula are part of the Dalkia Group and have been a leader in the design and build of control systems and control system integration for decades. Our systems optimise plant efficiency and deliver performance across a wide range of industrial sectors. Capula work in some of the most highly regulated and challenging industrial environments, and have delivered critical projects across energy, water, renewables and manufacturing.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our apprenticeship scheme for 2024 starting in September. This year Capula are taking on over 20 apprentice Junior Engineers. We have a space on our Junior Engineer programme which enrolls onto Staffordshire University's Embedded Electronic Systems Design and Development Engineer Apprenticeship Level 6 course. The entry requirements for the course are Level 2 maths and English (GCSE, functional skills or equivalent) and level 3 or above qualifications in STEM-based subjects such as physics, ICT, computing, engineering or electronics.

Our Engineers are involved in real engineering tasks from day one and are fully supported by our mentoring scheme. You will be based in our offices in Stone (ST15 0LT) and required to travel to the university (ST4 2DE), therefore we ask that you have a commute of no more than 30 minutes from one of these locations.
