We are seeking a Project Planner to support the planning and coordination of a large portfolio of engineering and systems integration projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to build and maintain project schedules, manage resource planning, and help drive successful project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong planning experience across the full project lifecycle, ideally within the Energy or Infrastructure sectors.

  • Work with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to build, maintain, and analyse project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Support programme updates, assess commercial impacts of variations, and produce tender programmes with Bid teams.
  • Provide monthly performance reporting to stakeholders and clients, using strong planning principles such as Critical path analysis and Terminal float analysis.
  • Help identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery across a diverse project portfolio.

✔ Proven planning experience on large Power or Infrastructure projects (Energy preferred).

Strong working knowledge of P6 and Microsoft Project for complex engineering programmes.

Experience with Earned Value Analysis.
