Overview
In this role you will coordinate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects, with a focus on Fixed Income and close collaboration with Rates, FX and EM trading desks. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, develop and apply project management tools, and maintain clear documentation and stakeholder alignment. You’ll learn from the Head of Business Management while deepening your understanding of how hedge funds operate. This is an opportunity to shape strategic initiatives and regulatory-compliance projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution
- Develop and use project management tools to track progress
- Measure performance, manage scope changes, and escalate where needed
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third parties to maximise contribution
- Clarify responsibilities and expectations to minimise risks
- Rapidly grasp project nuances and product information
- Carry out additional duties as required
- Develop strong working relationships with Rates, FX and EM desks to understand fixed income products and trading practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an operations/business management role
- Fixed Income background with exposure to Rates, FX and EM
- Strong communication skills
