Capula\'s Technology Graduate Programme is a one-year, rotational programme providing you with exposure to our range of Technology Development teams. You will gain experience with maintaining and developing our systems across the back, middle and front office. Participants will:
- Support technology infrastructure, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Capula\'s technology systems
- Drive innovation, collaborating on projects to introduce new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with various departments, including trading teams, to understand and meet their technological needs.
- Receive mentorship and training to develop a strong foundation in both technology and finance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
- Contribute to the implementation of newt technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline - Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or related fields (Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, PhD)
- Strong programming skills, preferably with some experience working with Python, C# and/or JavaScript
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
- Ability to communicative well in a dynamic, fast-paced and technical team
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for working within the technology team at a finance firm
