The Risk Graduate role at Capula offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their career in finance and risk management. As a Risk Graduate Analyst, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to various risk functions and strategies within the firm. This role will give you exposure to Market Risk, Risk Development, and Counterparty and Operational Risk within a leading hedge fund. You will be involved in conducting risk analysis, developing risk models, and assisting in the implementation of risk management frameworks, and interacting with portfolio managers to help measure and limit risk.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or graduating in 2026 with a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Physics, Computer Science or related fields)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of financial markets and products is preferred
- Programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python and VBA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
