International private client staffing agency based in London is seeking a Sales Associate. They specialise in ultra-high-net-worth clients, placing exceptional professionals into prestigious roles across the globe.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, confident, and motivated by delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will support recruitment efforts across private household, lifestyle, and executive roles, while also contributing to brand presence through social media and occasional marketing input.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for unique, often international roles
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Writing job adverts and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Supporting content creation and social media to enhance the brand

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
