As Marketing Associate, you will take the lead on digital content creation and execution. This is a hands-on, creative role that blends design, strategy, and performance marketing.
- Produce content across digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
- Create graphics, edit video, and manage visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Execute SEO strategy and manage digital ads (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Develop website content and campaign pages (using Wix or similar tools).
- Support marketing narrative, product positioning, and sales collateral creation.
Strong experience in content creation and marketing execution is required, along with proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and basic video editing. Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, and ad platforms is also necessary. A background in marketing, design or similar is preferred. Cardiff-based candidates or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
