They are currently seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to join their team and make an immediate impact. This role would suit someone with strong experience in software or technology recruitment who can both bring in new business and deliver successfully on live roles.
You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with clients, winning new business, managing vacancies, sourcing high-quality candidates and delivering a strong recruitment process from start to finish.
- Building and managing relationships with technology clients across software, product, digital and related areas.
- Developing new business through outreach, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from client acquisition through to candidate placement.
- Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates across technology roles.
- Building a strong personal brand and network within your chosen technology market.
- Contributing to the growth of a collaborative, ambitious and people-focused recruitment team.
- Working closely with the leadership team to identify new commercial opportunities and improve recruitment processes.
Ideally, you will have:
- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within software, technology or digital recruitment.
- Strong 360 recruitment experience, including both business development and candidate delivery.
- Confidence winning new clients, developing accounts and managing commercial conversations.
- Experience recruiting across areas such as software engineering, product, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, project management or wider technology roles.
- Commercial, resilient and target-driven, with the motivation to grow in a startup-style environment.
- Comfortable working from the office 3 days per week in either London or Manchester.
