About the Role:
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the intersection of product, client success, and commercial strategy. As a Graduate Product Specialist , you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders at global firms — from law practices to pharmaceutical powerhouses — guiding them through successful adoption of cutting-edge AI. Your mission is to champion the product, deliver a flawless customer experience, and become a trusted voice as clients explore how AI can revolutionise their contract analysis.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Account Executives to manage Proof of Value projects from kickoff to close
- Deeply understand client use cases and help shape bespoke AI-powered solutions
- Be the go-to product expert, driving both technical adoption and commercial confidence
- Work cross-functionally with Support and Technical Ops to ensure client success
- Design intelligent workflows tailored to real-world legal and business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:1 or above) from a top UK university
- Natural communicator with charisma and confidence in client-facing settings
- Sharp, curious, and capable of grasping complex products and real business value
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a hands-on mindset
- Exceptionally organised and deadline-driven
- Prior experience in eDiscovery is a bonus, but not essential
