As their user base expands across housing, fire safety, facilities management, and retail, they recognise the need to formalise processes while maintaining the responsive, honest, and personable service their customers value.

Their product is widely regarded as the most comprehensive and usable in its space, and they’re proud to be genuinely driving change – especially in the fire and building safety space!

As a Partnership and Business Development Lead you\’ll have the chance to prove your skills in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple levels of the organisation. You’ll work at the front line of the business – building relationships, learning the ins and outs of customer needs, and helping shape how they sell as they scale. We’re looking for a bright, personable and unbelievably extroverted individual who loves networking and building long-lasting connections. Field sales or similar would also be very valuable as a background. Represent the company at events, site visits, and client meetings – building trust and showcasing the value of the product.
Deal with inbound sales leads from marketing channels, closing and managing those client accounts with the team.
Learn how to tailor your approach to different audiences, from housing associations and real estate investment firms to fire safety consultants.
Get involved in the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and helping close deals.
Partner with Customer Success and Commercial teams to get a full view of the customer journey – and how to keep improving it!
Bring back real insights from the field that shape how the company supports and grows its user base.
