As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You’ll be supporting recruitment efforts across international yacht crew placements, working closely with both clients and candidates, while also playing a part in brand presence through social media and occasional marketing input.

Responsibilities:- Sourcing and engaging high calibre candidates for unique, often international roles through headhunting, networking, and targeted search strategies.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a highly personalised and professional experience.
- Writing compelling job adverts and managing the recruitment process end to end, from initial briefing through to offer and placement.
- Supporting content creation and social media to enhance the brand and strengthen the company’s presence within the luxury staffing market.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for highly personalised client requirements.
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer stages while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and managing talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting client development where appropriate.
- Working autonomously while contributing to a small, dynamic team, sharing insights and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process.
