You’ll be supporting recruitment efforts across international yacht crew placements, working closely with both clients and candidates, while also playing a part in brand presence through social media and occasional marketing input.

Responsibilities:- Sourcing and engaging high calibre candidates for unique, often international roles through headhunting, networking, and targeted search strategies.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a highly personalised and professional experience.
- Writing compelling job adverts and managing the recruitment process end to end, from initial briefing through to offer and placement.
- Supporting content creation and social media to enhance the brand and strengthen the company’s presence within the luxury staffing market.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for highly personalised client requirements.
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer stages while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and managing talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting client development where appropriate.
