You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with experienced advisors and board members. Responsibilities: Conduct deep-dive research into companies, boards, and governance frameworks. Prepare for and support confidential interviews with Chairs, NEDs, and senior executives. Analyse qualitative and survey data to identify themes, risks, and improvement areas. Help draft clear, tailored reports that blend analytical insight with strategic recommendations. Support benchmarking using the firm’s proprietary governance index and global dataset. Contribute to internal knowledge, client presentations, and thematic governance studies. Requirements: 4 years of experience in consulting, research, law, public policy, or a similarly analytical environment. Previous experience in a client facing role. Strong writing skills, confident distilling complex discussions into clear, concise language. Genuine interest in corporate governance, leadership dynamics, and organisational strategy.
