About the role: We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Agency team at Boots Media Group. Build and grow Boots Media Group’s agency partnerships, turning briefs into standout media campaigns while driving commercial growth and championing our proposition across the agency landscape.
What you’ll do:
- Build trusted relationships with media agencies, planning teams and agency-led brand partners, becoming their go-to contact at Boots Media Group.
- Lead agency briefs end-to-end, from initial enquiry and strategic recommendation through to activation and post-campaign evaluation.
- Develop and present compelling media recommendations that bring together agency objectives, Boots Media Group’s capabilities and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate across Client, Campaign, Planning and Insight teams to create integrated campaigns that deliver against client objectives.
- Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, managing opportunities, forecasts and pipeline while proactively identifying ways to grow agency investment.
- Champion Boots Media Group within the agency community, showcasing our evolving media proposition, innovation and campaign performance to build awareness and long-term partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience building strong relationships with media agencies or agency-led clients, ideally within media, retail media or advertising.
- A solid understanding of media planning and buying, including how agencies develop recommendations for their clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience spotting growth opportunities, managing a pipeline and working towards commercial targets.
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, from initial brief through to delivery, optimisation and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas, make recommendations and engage stakeholders at different levels.
- A collaborative and organised approach, with the ability to bring multiple teams and stakeholders together to deliver brilliant work.
