About the role: We are looking for a Client Executive on a FTC to join our CMN Team. This role will play a role in managing a portfolio of our core supplier clients across BWS and non-food categories, helping deliver best-in-class retail media campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign evaluation.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of supplier clients, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional client service.
- Understand your clients' objectives and develop insight-led retail media proposals that deliver against their commercial goals.
- Lead campaign delivery from briefing through to activation and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate activity across Strategy, Insight, Media, Creative and Campaign teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, priorities and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Produce high-quality client materials, including media plans, presentations, campaign reports and recommendations.
- Analyse campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.
- Support commercial planning through forecasting, revenue tracking and identifying opportunities to grow client investment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and wider projects that support the growth of CMN and SMG.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in client services.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across clients and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to understand client objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and translating data into clear recommendations.
- High attention to detail across campaign planning, delivery and reporting.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally to deliver shared goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
