Captura Search is working with a successful and well-funded FinTech firm headquartered in Europe, with an established office near Bank Station in London. They offer an exceptional suite of Blockchain-based front, middle, and back office technologies to both the sell side and buy side market segments. Our clients’ solutions have a very high success rate when competing in RFP/RFI processes and are displacing competitor legacy solutions frequently. Due to new product innovations, they are expanding their London sales team.
They are looking to add a proactive sales professional who has a proven track record in identifying and closing new logo clients specifically with Asset Management firms. As well as the opportunity to sell in competitive times, they will reward you with a highly competitive salary and commission scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage with Asset Management firms that have a strong need for credible and modern alternative solutions.
- Responsible for identifying and cold-calling (for Tier One targets) Asset Management prospects.
- Work with inside-sales and pre-sales to communicate technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand format to engage clients and demonstrate how you can solve their problems.
- Manage and prioritise the sales pipeline appropriately.
- Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns to the asset management community throughout the UK and Europe.
Requirements:
- Able to successfully manage a significant pipeline of sales opportunities with Asset Managers.
- Must have a proven and successful sales track record with similar types of FinTech firms.
- Must be able to manage a significant sales pipeline.
- Must have a well-developed knowledge and network in the Asset Management market.
- Must have an interest in working for a demanding and entrepreneurial firm that rewards hard work and recognises sales contributions.
- Looking for talented sales executives who possess both passion and enthusiasm for sales.
