Captura Search’s Fintech client is London (City) headquartered and has a stable of impressive tier one buy and sell side clients. Due to a new marketing team structure they are seeking a commercially focused marketing manager from the FinTech world. Someone who understands the genuine importance that marketing plays to develop sales pipeline, customer loyalty and to articulate a value proposition in highly competitive markets. The role requires strong capabilities across all the marketing channels (Online, Email, Events, Lead Generation, PR, Collateral, Salesforce CRM & Reporting). Someone who can work within a small international team to have maximum impact and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to make it happen. Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation and re/development of sales and marketing collateral for custom / go-to-market solutions.
  • Salesforce expertise and monitoring.
  • Develop and deliver marketing activities to drive customer engagement, leading to sales opportunities.
  • Track and measure all activities and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget.
  • Sales enablement.

Activities will include:

  • Coordinate marketing & research collateral and presentations. Standardise sales proposal templates in collaboration with executive management, sales, publishing and design.
  • Drive and contribute to social media activities (Twitter, LinkedIn and others) using new and existing channels.
  • Organize and manage all marketing & sales support materials/content relevant for EMEA.
  • Schedule, set up and run - Webcasts, executive client briefings and client dinners.
  • Responsible for Email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage videos featuring content for posting online.
  • Communicating information to sales team on key activities.
  • Build databases of prospective clients for marketing campaigns.
  • Onboarding of salespeople.
  • Capturing sales requirements.
  • Developing sales training.

Required skills and experience:

  • Planning and implementing marketing activities.
  • Strong sales focus.
  • Entrepreneurial and capable of working alone.
  • Project focused.
  • Organized/good at time management.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to sales and marketing collateral.
  • MS Office skills.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in Financial Technology (FinTech) is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of social media tools/SEO, content marketing.
  • Sales enablement.
  • An education / qualification focused on Marketing would be highly beneficial.
