The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.

Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE. Excellent Bonus Scheme which is driven by your desire to succeed in our thriving industry, with a structure that offers 1–3-year OTE of up to £40,000 plus in bonus. 25 Days Annual Leave. One extra day leave given per year to a maximum of 30 days plus Bank Holidays. Private Health Care on completion of Probation. Full-Time Position - Head Office Based – East London, (Stratford).

Captiva Learning are seeking ambitious people to join our enrolment team. This role includes extensive client relationship development and management, with a focus on providing support to customers through consultation, offering our range of groundbreaking apprenticeship programmes.

As an Enrolment Consultant at Captiva Learning, your main task will be to develop relationships with clients. The Team at Captiva Learning offers its stakeholders in-depth consultation at all levels. With detail-oriented practices at its forefront, you will build new and existing relationships daily and forge long-term partnerships through your learner and client engagement.

The Company

As a large training provider, with an Ofsted rating of Good in all areas, Captiva is home to three colleges: the National College of Education (NCE), the National Centre for Leadership and Management (NCLM), and Premier Pathways. Collectively, these colleges have worked with over 5000 apprentices.
