Purpose of the Role
The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for producing high quality technical electrical telecommunications designs for multiple projects, servicing various clients.
Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities
- Compile Electrical designs and reports using dedicated software to provide safe upgrade design path in line with requirements of the client project specific standards/specifications.
- Interpret solutions into outline designs for review and insertion into overall detailed design drawing packs.
- Review drawings for quality in design and safety in line with company and client requirements and processes.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure delivery requirements are achieved to determined deadlines agreed with clients
- Help to maintain library of Client documentation
- Support other Electrical Designers and the Team in the delivery of high quality, accurate project documentation
- Keep all internal and client systems up to date ensuring all work & milestone details are captured
- Work to strict deadlines, able to manage pressure and own work load
Skills Essential
- Electrical qualification
- Electrical Design experience xgikmsk
- Computer literate such as Microsoft office
- Good level of maths and number skills
- Proven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment
- Ability to organise work and support others in a timely and effective manner
- Able to multitask, work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
