We are looking for Overhead Lines Specialists from the UK to work in Ireland. The overhead line training specialist is responsible for delivering technical training for ESB Networks approvals, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Needs to Have:
- At least three to five years experience with a proven understanding of Technical ESBN systems and processes
- Experience in power sector is a distinct advantage
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Strong organisational and planning ability
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong knowledge and experience of safety protocols and precautions on ESBN OHL
- Safe Pass
- Full Drivers License
Needs to Do:
- Responsible for selection of candidates to train for ESBN approvals
- Delivering training and development of all roles that require ESBN approvals covering (theory & practical)
- Preparing candidates for the ESB Networks assessments
