Immediate start * Hybrid working * Structured support and development opportunities * Large organisation Principal Designer - CDM Duties: * Support the project teams with planning, managing, and monitoring the design work during the pre-construction and construction phases. * Identifying, eliminating, or controlling foreseeable risks to the health and safety of anyone affected by the design by setting out internal company standards, policies and CDM training * Ensuring effective communication and cooperation between designers, contractors, and other CDM Principal Designers. * Help with preparing and managing the pre-construction information by ensuring designers are providing all necessary pre-construction information * Liaising with the Principal Contractor regarding health and safety risks Auditing and Analysis: * Carrying out Principal Designer audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. * Conducting trend analysis of audit findings and project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. * Identifying and sharing lessons learned. Implement new guidance, policies or training where required.
