- Account Growth & Commercial Management
- Identify and develop opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and strategic initiatives.
- Support and lead client discussions around retention and contribute to account profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance against targets.
- Support new business pitches and wider business growth initiatives through account insights, case studies, and client understanding.
- Support the continuous improvement of account management processes, tools, and workflow efficiencies.
- Contribute to team development by mentoring junior colleagues and supporting performance and capability growth initiatives.
