We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients/agencies and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery of campaigns aligned with client objectives and KPIs. This role requires strong client relationship management, excellent organisational skills, and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across omnichannel digital campaigns, including OLV, Display, and CTV, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent communication across all stakeholders. This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our London Office (Covent Garden).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients with a key focus on retention.
    • Understand client campaign objectives, campaign goals and brand positioning.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign related communications such as campaign set ups, troubleshooting and identifying opportunities.
    • Support senior team members in delivering quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic account reviews.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Campaign & Account Management
    • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including internal briefing, checking accurate trafficking and QA, support for trader optimisation, in-flight reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
    • Coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through weekly reporting and PCAs.
    • Maintain accurate account documentation including briefs, status trackers, and campaign summaries.
    • Consistently identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Act as the central point of contact between external clients and internal departments (Trading, Ad Ops, Creative, Insights, etc.).
    • Help to identify internal platform gaps, challenges or client needs.
    • Ensure internal teams are aligned with client expectations and deliverables.
    • Experience using programmatic platforms (DSPs/SSPs) for campaign delivery and reporting.
    • Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce.
    • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into clear, insight-led recommendations and client-ready presentations (PCA decks).

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in account management and/or client services, preferably within a media, advertising, or agency environment.
  • A good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media types and buys.
  • Experience supporting or managing omnichannel campaigns across digital channels (e.g. display, online video, and rich media formats).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for reporting and presentations).
