OVERVIEW

The Captify UK Customer Success Team is growing, and we are adding a Senior Account Executive to our team. Perhaps you’re in a Senior Account Executive role already and looking for a new challenge or you’re an established Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career.

The team is responsible for the management and growth of media campaigns both on the buy-side, with our managed service product, and sell-side via our Curation product, and providing the best in class service to our customers.

This role will be responsible for supporting the team in driving both retention and growth of revenue across existing business within the GroupM Pod by providing best in class service for your allocated accounts.

The Senior Account Executive is a key contributor to the Customer Success team and works alongside the Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director to ensure our campaigns are set up for success and will drive long term growth.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the core teams within Captify including Sales, Technical Account Management, Creative Studio, Sight and Trading.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and have some hands-on experience working on digital advertising campaigns.

You are enthusiastic, live and breathe Captify values and have a real can do attitude. The Account Executive will be a great communicator and ready to contribute to the team in assisting in growth of our key book of clients across the GroupM patch.

Ideally, you are someone who can hit the ground running and be comfortable navigating between trading platforms, reporting dashboards, insights platforms and Salesforce tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring successful campaign set-up, delivery and reporting across the GroupM Pod, working collaboratively with Sales, Technical Account Management and Activation teams to deliver results in line with the client’s business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with your key client stakeholders through face to face meetings and Post Campaign presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy of month end billing for your accounts and work with finance team to resolve any queries.
  • Consistently hitting deadlines based on internal and external SLAs for client output (weekly reporting, PCAs, campaign set ups, billing).
  • Responsible for driving both retention and growth of revenue across your allocated accounts.
  • Future potential for line management responsibilities and upskilling more junior members of the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • 1 years + experience ideally managing programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritising multiple deadlines.
  • Some technical knowledge of DSPs and SSPs is preferable as we continue to expand our curation offering would be a huge bonus.
  • Experience working on platforms such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, MS Office (with strong emphasis in Excel), Slack, Tableau & Salesforce.
  • Great analytical skills; familiar working with/analysing large amounts of data, and summarising findings through reports.
  • Goal-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear understanding of how to provide top in-class client service.
  • Excellent communicator (both internal and external).
  • Sound presentation skills for both in person and remote sessions with agencies/clients.
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders to help influence account success.
  • Experience working to personal and team targets.
  • Experience using data to inform engaging insights which help solve clients’ business objectives.
