OVERVIEW
This role is part of the core UK trading and optimisation team within Captify. The successful candidate will be working in a close team optimising search intelligence display, video, and brand digital advertising campaigns. Liaising with account management, technology, product, and analytics teams on a daily basis. The candidate will receive extensive trading experience and get a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB by using major DSPs and SSPs.

This individual will need to be passionate about digital advertising and hitting client KPIs, love problem solving and lateral thinking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working as a team. We’re looking for candidates who are not afraid to test a wide variety of optimisation methodologies, think outside the box, and are motivated by building and growing a company's success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Make use of Captify's unique data set to optimise multiple search intelligence display advertising campaigns.
- Optimise programmatic advertising campaigns via real-time bidding platforms, to ensure quality performance and profitability for clients and Captify.
- Use market leading DSPs, including Xandr and The Trade Desk.
- Use market leading SSP, including Xandr, Pubmatic and OpenX.
- Hit client goals by driving users to advertisers' sites.
- Provide detailed feedback on campaigns and changes made.
- Provide assistance to the self-service curation team and the managed service trading team, liaising closely with Account management, technology, analytics, and sales departments.
