OVERVIEW
As Captify continues to grow our programmatic offering to clients, we have built a centralised hub to provide support to our in market teams - UK, EMEA, AUS & International. This hub has traders, programmatic trading execs, as well as our established ad operations team. We are therefore looking for an individual to join this team, who will be working as part of the hub as well as continually liaising with the wider global trading. The hub is seen as an extension of the in-market teams, therefore a service oriented mindset is an absolute must for success - delivering high-quality service, customer satisfaction and ultimately retention.
The successful candidate will be focused on the creation of briefed programmatic deals using Captify’s proprietary search intelligence data, enabling our clients to activate against these deals which they run across multiple formats and channels. You will therefore be working with client facing teams including strategy, account management and trading in all markets. You will be responsible for systematic monitoring and analysis of the deals that are created, focusing on ensuring both performance and delivery as well as trending that signifies opportunities for in market teams to drive revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone with an analytics mindset and is interested in learning about programmatic and ad tech from both the buy and sell side.
ABOUT YOU
This individual will need to be passionate about digital advertising and understand the base principles of programmatic, ideally with prior DSP trading experience or having exposure to SSP’s. You will be as comfortable working within platforms as you are running ongoing analysis to identify challenges with delivery. You will therefore need to be methodical in your approach as well as being an active problem solver, understanding and clearly communicating to in-market teams. You will be seen as a critical partner to them as part of the hub.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Leveraging Captify’s proprietary search intelligence data to create, set up and optimise deals in SSP’s inc. Pubmatic, OpenX and Xandr
- Manage and prioritisation internal requests for deal creation, giving best in class service to the markets/clients by ensuring that SLA’s and quality standards are met.
- Using dashboard tools (Tableau) to identify both positive and negative trends across deals, identifying where in market teams should step in with clients.
- Identify emerging issues across deals through analysis of SSP delivery data, escalating to the in-market teams for investigation
- Working with the in-market trading teams and global BI teams on forecasting of revenue delivery in month across live deals
- Support of month end reconciliation, working with Biz Ops teams to drive accuracy and automation
- Ongoing review of processes and active optimisation to improve the quality of service to teams
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to be successful:
- Experience with one or more DSPs (i.e., DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk) preferable
- Experience working with SSPs (e.g. Pubmatic, OpenX, Rubicon) an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, you are comfortable prioritising multiple deadlines
- Microsoft office experience, with experience using Excel for basic data analysis an advantage
- Ability to effectively analyse data to make decisions and improve campaign performance
- Process orientated with a attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and organise their workload, ensuring that SLA’s are continually met
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role, working with colleagues across multiple markets.
