The Captains Club hotel is an award-winning privately owned 4* hotel beautifully located on the outskirts of the River Stour in Christchurch, Dorset. We are a friendly, vibrant and modern hotel that welcomes repeat guests back time and time again. In our boutique-sized venue, every individual is a key player and vital to providing the best customer service to our guests and achieving the organisation's goals.

As a receptionist, you will welcome guests to our hotel, make future reservations for them, and generally attend to any needs during their stay. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that guests experience maximum satisfaction, presenting an excellent image of our hotel that leaves a lasting impression.

Required Skills:
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills, in addition to basic computer knowledge
