We are looking for a Senior Social & Community Manager who understands how modern brands are built: not through isolated channels, but through connected ecosystems of influence, content, experience and culture.
About the role

As Senior Social & Community Manager, you will sit at the centre of this approach. This is a strategic and hands‑on role responsible for leading integrated social, influencer and community campaigns that bridge the physical and digital worlds.
Whether launching a retail activation, creator event, product seeding campaign, consumer experience or always‑on community programme, you will ensure every idea lives beyond a single moment — extending into social content, creator advocacy, earned conversation and measurable brand impact.
Working across beauty, wellness, lifestyle and aesthetics brands, you will lead campaigns that combine social strategy, influencer marketing, partnerships, community engagement and cultural insight to build brands people actively want to be part of. You will work closely with our Communications, Consumer, Creative and Community teams to ensure every campaign is connected by one clear strategic narrative.

The role
As Senior Social & Community Manager, you will lead integrated campaigns that connect influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, community and live experiences into one seamless customer journey. You will oversee campaign strategy from initial brief through to delivery and reporting, ensuring activity not only performs online, but creates genuine cultural relevance and commercial value for clients.
You will also play an important role in mentoring junior team members and helping shape Capsule Group’s evolving community offering.
Key responsibilities
Community and social strategy
Develop integrated community and social strategies across beauty, wellness, lifestyle and aesthetics brands.
Create campaigns that connect influencer activity, social content, partnerships, earned media and live experiences into one cohesive customer journey.
Build communities rather than passive audiences, creating meaningful engagement across platforms and touchpoints.
Identify emerging cultural moments, social trends and consumer behaviours to keep clients ahead of the market.
Develop campaign narratives that extend beyond social media into real‑world experiences, partnerships and brand‑building moments.
Ensure community strategy supports wider commercial objectives, from awareness and advocacy to retail visibility and conversion.
Influencer campaign management
Lead the planning and delivery of earned and paid influencer campaigns from briefing through to reporting.
Develop creator casting that is aligned with brand positioning, audience strategy and campaign objectives.
Manage influencer negotiations, contracts, timelines and deliverables.
Oversee campaign budgets and performance, ensuring strong value, accountability and ROI.
Build long‑term relationships with creators, talent managers and industry partners.
Identify new creator communities, emerging talent and credible voices across beauty, wellness, lifestyle and culture.
Social campaigns
Develop platform‑first campaign strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels.
Create content plans that maximise reach before, during and after key campaign moments.
Work alongside the Creative team to shape social‑first content that is culturally relevant, brand‑right and commercially useful.
Ensure campaign messaging remains consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity throughout delivery.
Translate platform trends into strategic recommendations without chasing short‑term noise.
Bringing IRL into the digital space
Work closely with the Consumer and Events teams to ensure every live activation has a clear social and creator strategy.
Develop content capture plans that maximise the longevity and reach of each campaign.
Create opportunities for user‑generated content, creator storytelling and community participation.
Build campaigns that transform physical experiences into digital conversation.
Ensure influencer attendance, partnerships, event content and social amplification work together to extend reach beyond those physically present.
Partnerships
Identify and develop strategic brand, creator, cultural and retail partnerships.
Manage collaborative campaigns that strengthen brand relevance and community engagement.
Build relationships with key cultural voices, creators, talent managers and industry stakeholders.
Spot partnership opportunities that can deepen community value and unlock new commercial opportunities for clients.
Client leadership
Act as a day‑to‑day strategic lead across relevant client accounts.
Present campaign ideas, social strategies and performance reports with confidence and clarity.
Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, strategic thinking and strong delivery.
Identify opportunities to expand campaign scope and grow accounts.
Bring commercial awareness to client conversations, ensuring ideas are both creative and commercially grounded.
Reporting and performance
Monitor campaign KPIs across influencer, social and community activity.
Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
Produce client reports demonstrating impact across reach, engagement, earned media value, creator performance, community growth and content output.
Continually optimise campaigns based on data, learnings and performance.
Help define what effective community measurement looks like within Capsule Group’s integrated model.
Team development
Mentor and support Community Executives and Managers.
Share best practice across influencer marketing, social strategy, community building and campaign delivery.
Help develop internal processes that improve efficiency, consistency and campaign quality.
Foster collaboration across Communications, Consumer, Creative and Community teams.
Contribute to a culture of high standards, clear thinking and connected delivery.
About you
You are someone who naturally sees the bigger picture. Rather than viewing influencer marketing, events, social media and partnerships as separate disciplines, you understand how they work together to build modern brands. You are equally comfortable developing strategy, managing creators, presenting to clients and overseeing campaign delivery.
You understand internet culture, but you also value real‑world experiences and know how to turn one into the other. You are commercially aware, culturally curious and highly organised. You can move between creative ideas, client management, reporting and delivery without losing the strategic thread.
Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to help brands build meaningful communities, not simply chase impressions.
Essential experience and skills
5+ years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing or community management within an agency or brand environment.
Proven experience managing both earned and paid influencer campaigns. Strong understanding of social‑first campaign development.
Experience managing integrated campaigns spanning influencer, social, partnerships and live activations.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging social platforms. Strong client management and presentation skills.
Experience overseeing campaign budgets and timelines.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of campaign ROI.
Desirable experience
Experience working across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, aesthetics or luxury brands.
Experience delivering retail marketing or launch campaigns. Knowledge of paid social, content amplification and creator whitelisting.
Experience using influencer management and reporting platforms.
Existing network of creators, talent managers and cultural partners. Experience supporting content production at live events.
Understanding of how earned media, social, creator and IRL activity can work together to build brand visibility.
