capsule is growing and so is our Community Team. We’re looking for a Senior Social & Community Executive to join our expanding division and work across an exciting portfolio of four brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow with a dynamic and ambitious team.
The Role
As Senior Social & Community Executive, you will play a key role in building, engaging and activating our brand communities. You’ll sit at the intersection of content, culture and creators bringing ideas to life from concept to execution. Working across four brands, you’ll collaborate closely with the Community Manager, production teams, agencies, creators and designers to deliver impactful social and influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Community & Influencer
- Confidently brief content creators, influencers and graphic designers
- Brief production teams and external agencies for creative shoots
- Identify relevant tribes, communities and creators for different brands and briefs
- Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish — strategy, outreach, briefing, execution, reporting
- Build and nurture strong relationships with creators and community members
- Act as a brand ambassador both online and offline
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns
- Ideate and deliver social-first campaigns
- Create engaging, platform-native content
- Capture high-quality photo and video content
- Edit content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.)
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively bring new ideas to the table
Experience Required
- 2–3 years’ experience in a social media, influencer, or community role
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
- Confident working across multiple brands
- Experience briefing creatives and production teams
