Two Roles – Private Client Solicitor – Property Lawyer Two Roles – Private Client Solicitor – Property Lawyer 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Senior position with a minimum of 7 years PQE to be the principal fee-earner in the firm’s private client department. The ideal candidate will be a member of STEP and/or the Association of Lifetime Lawyers. Your caseload will involve a mixture of work on drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs and administering estates as well as associated private client matters such as advising on trusts, lifetime gifts etc. Applications will be considered for either full-time or part-time positions (subject to a minimum of 3 days per week). You will be joining a supportive and friendly team environment with good prospects for progression into a management position. We would be happy to consider applications from candidates looking for a hybrid role involving some remote working but are not offering a fully remote role.
