The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 Β£ per year.
This is an opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a well-established, partner-owned construction consultancy with a strong and growing presence across Europe. They are delivering Data Centre projects across major European cities β including London, Paris, Dublin, and Frankfurt β working with leading developers and operators in the sector. Current projects range from 100MW hyperscalers to modular and cut-and-carve schemes around 20MW, offering excellent exposure across the full lifecycle of complex data centre developments.
The position will suit someone who is delivery-focused and enjoys leading teams and projects. You'll take ownership of project delivery across multiple European sites, providing direction and quality assurance while maintaining excellent client relationships. The role involves fortnightly travel across Europe and close collaboration with the leadership team.
While Director-level candidates are ideal, there is also flexibility to consider an Associate Director ready to take the next step, making this an exciting progression opportunity for someone who may not be getting that chance where they are now.
Requirements- Consultancy background (ideally with recognised UK or international firms)
- Strong technical and commercial delivery skills
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (data centre experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
