Our client is a highly regarded project management consultancy with an established presence in the London commercial property market.

Working with leading landlords, investors, occupiers and asset managers, the business delivers high-quality projects across Central London and has built an excellent reputation for its client-focused approach and long-standing relationships.

Their core expertise is within commercial office fit-out and refurbishment, including CAT A and CAT B projects, workplace transformations, landlord refurbishments and repositioning schemes.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take responsibility for commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion.

You will work directly with clients while coordinating consultants, contractors and design teams to ensure projects are successfully delivered against programme, cost and quality objectives.

The role offers strong client exposure, involvement in pitches and business development, and excellent long-term progression within a well-established consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Manage programmes, budgets, risks, change and project reporting.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to pitches and business development opportunities.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Project Management experience within a construction or property consultancy.
  • Experience delivering commercial office fit-out, CAT A, CAT B or refurbishment projects.
  • Relevant construction, property or project management degree.
  • Excellent communication and organisational capabilities.
