Senior Project Manager – Associate Director at Capstone Property Recruitment

London – Hybrid working (3 Days in London)

Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Capstone’s project Management team are working with a world-renowned Project Management consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex projects across sectors including life sciences, higher education, healthcare, technology (data centres), and commercial sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high profile projects with a consultancy that has sustainability rooted in its core and is well recognised for shaping a better built environment through innovation and collaboration.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of large-scale building projects (£20m–£100m+).
• Oversee design, procurement, and construction stages.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractor performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
• Support business development and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Due to the nature of some projects, you must hold or be eligible for UK Government SC Security Clearance.

Attributes

• 7+ years’ experience managing complex building projects.
• Strong stakeholder and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Degree (2:1 or above) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
• Chartered (or working towards) with APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA, or CIOB.
• Experience in sustainable design or organisational change projects is a bonus.
