Capstone are working on behalf of an established and highly regarded cost consultancy who are continuing to grow their London team on the back of a strong and secure commercial pipeline. We consistently receive excellent feedback from candidates we have placed here, particularly around the firm’s collaborative culture and professional standards. The business works closely with long-standing, developer-led and fund-backed clients and is currently delivering a number of large-scale commercial office schemes across central London. As a result, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager or Associate to support their expanding commercial workload.

The Role

  • You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, working closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering pre- and post-contract cost management services on commercial schemes
  • Preparing cost plans, procurement advice and financial reporting
  • Supporting contract administration and commercial management through to final account
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project teams
  • Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members

About You

  • Strong experience delivering UK commercial projects within a consultancy environment
  • Currently operating at Senior PQS level, or a Senior ready to step up to Associate
  • Comfortable working on complex, developer-led and fund-backed schemes
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (preferred)
