This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse UK property portfolio, supporting strategic investment decisions, acquisitions, and ongoing asset management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for property investments, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and prepare regular reports on income, occupancy, and capital values.
