We are working with a leading contractor delivering one of London’s most design-led luxury hospitality developments, and they are now looking to appoint a Package Manager to support the delivery of specialist packages on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a flagship high-end project with a strong pipeline of bespoke interior and fit-out packages.

The Role

Reporting day-to-day into the Senior Project Team, you will take ownership of multiple specialist construction packages, managing the coordination, delivery and stakeholder interaction across highly bespoke spaces. Packages will include a range of specialist interior and fit-out works across bespoke areas of the project, including finishes, glazing systems, joinery and associated construction packages. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme and quality expectations, and working closely with the client, consultants and wider design team.

Requirements

  • Main contractor background is essential
  • Strong construction management / package management experience
  • Experience managing high-end interior or hospitality packages
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong understanding of site delivery and programme coordination
  • Luxury hospitality or premium residential project experience is highly desirable

Please note this role is construction delivery focused — practical installation-only backgrounds will not be suitable.
