We are seeking a Package Manager to join the delivery team on a prestigious super-prime hospitality development in Central London. This role will focus on the delivery of high-end spa and wellness packages within the project, ensuring exceptional quality standards and seamless coordination across specialist trades and stakeholders. Working closely with the senior project leadership team, the successful candidate will take ownership of multiple bespoke spa-related packages, managing day-to-day site delivery, programme coordination, subcontractor management, and stakeholder communication. This is a hands-on, site-based delivery role suited to someone with a strong main contractor background and proven construction management experience within high-quality interior or hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Package Delivery & Site Management
    • Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple specialist spa packages onsite
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards
    • Monitor installation progress and proactively resolve delivery or interface issues
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as a key point of contact between the client team, consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
    • Maintain strong communication across all parties to ensure smooth package delivery and issue resolution
    • Escalate significant commercial or contractual issues to senior project leadership where required
  • Quality & Programme Management
    • Ensure all works are delivered in line with the project specification, programme, and super-prime finish expectations
    • Carry out regular inspections and coordinate snagging, quality control, and handover processes
    • Track progress against programme milestones and provide clear reporting on package status, risks, and constraints

Required Experience

  • Main contractor background is essential
  • Proven experience in a Package Manager role within construction
  • Experience delivering high-end interior, hospitality, spa, or luxury fit-out packages
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple specialist subcontract packages simultaneously
  • Good understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and onsite delivery
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience working on super-prime hospitality or luxury residential projects
  • Exposure to specialist wellness/spa installations
  • Familiarity with high-specification interior finishes and bespoke packages
