An established construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Bid Co-ordinator to manage high-value bids across public and private sectors.

You’ll lead end-to-end bid delivery, ensuring submissions are compliant, high-quality, and on time, while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission
  • Review tender documents and ensure compliance
  • Build and manage bid programmes and deadlines
  • Lead bid meetings and coordinate internal teams
  • Manage contributions and maintain version control
  • Improve and refine bid responses
  • Support post-bid reviews and feedback
  • Oversee final submission (formatting, proofreading, portals)
  • Maintain bid library and develop new content
  • Manage procurement portal profiles (Find a Tender, Proactis, etc.)
  • Drive best practice and process improvements
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years’ bid experience (construction / consultancy / built environment preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering complex bids end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
  • Commercially aware
  • InDesign (desirable)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
