Westminster Abbey is seeking an Estates Manager to oversee maintenance across its Grade I listed estate.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will manage statutory, reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring M&E and fire safety compliance within a heritage setting.
You will develop maintenance strategies, KPIs and SLAs, manage contractors and budgets, and ensure works meet statutory, health & safety and heritage requirements, while building strong stakeholder relationships.
