This is a senior opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading construction consultancies within their established London Commercial Occupier team. The business delivers high-quality, design-led fit-out projects for major occupiers and investors across the capital, supported by a strong pipeline of secured work.

As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in leading delivery, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the London fit-out offering.

The Role

You will take full ownership of high-value commercial occupier fit-out projects from inception through to completion, acting as the senior client lead and providing strategic oversight across programme, cost, and risk. Projects span high street retail, HQ office spaces, and hotels, offering a varied and engaging portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple commercial occupier fit-out projects across London (Cat A & Cat B).
  • Act as the primary client interface, providing strategic and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain full responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and risk management.
  • Administer and oversee JCT contracts, ensuring strong commercial and contractual control.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and junior team members.
  • Support business development activity, repeat work, and long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain a visible site presence, proactively managing delivery and risk.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to clients and senior leadership.
