Head of Project Delivery – Great Portland Estates (GPE)

GPE is renowned for delivering some of the capital’s most high-profile, design-led commercial and mixed-use developments. The business combines a deep understanding of London’s built environment with an innovative approach to sustainability, technology, and customer experience.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing and evolving GPE’s project delivery function across a diverse development portfolio. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with extensive project management experience and a proven track record of delivering major, commercially led schemes in central London.

You will lead delivery of key projects, ensure the business continues to achieve its net zero carbon and social value objectives, and promote innovation and continuous improvement in design, procurement, and construction delivery.
