A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to support the delivery of hyperscale data centre projects for a major global technology client across the United States. The role requires strong project planning expertise, the ability to manage complex schedules, and confidence working within fast-paced, mission-critical environments. Full visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided.

  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for large-scale data centre projects.
  • Coordinate planning activity across design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Identify risks, delays, and required mitigation to maintain programme performance.
  • Review and assess contractor schedules for alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Maintain rigorous planning governance, documentation, and change control procedures.

5–10 years’ experience as a Planner, Scheduler, or Project Controls professional on complex construction or infrastructure projects.

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

Proven ability to take ownership of planning across the full project lifecycle.

Willingness and ability to relocate to the USA, with visa sponsorship provided.
