Capstone Recruitment UK is partnering with a growing consultancy to appoint an Associate Director PMO to lead the development and delivery of PMO, programme controls and portfolio management services across major construction and infrastructure programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PMO leader looking to step into a highly visible role with the chance to establish and grow a PMO function while working with clients on some of the UK's most complex capital programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of PMO and P3O services across complex programmes and portfolios

- Establish governance, reporting, assurance and integrated project controls frameworks

- Advise senior clients on programme performance, decision-making and portfolio governance

- Build and develop long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth

- Play a key role in shaping and expanding a growing PMO capability within the business

About You:

-Strong experience in PMO, Programme Controls, Portfolio Management or P3O within the construction, infrastructure or real estate sectors

- A track record of designing and implementing PMO functions across major capital programmes

- Expertise in governance, reporting, assurance, integrated project controls and programme performance management

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior clients and executive teams

- A commercial mindset with experience supporting business development and winning new work.
