We’re working with a boutique residential project management & cost consultancy delivering standout projects in Later Living, PBSA, BTR, and Student Accommodation. With a growing pipeline of work from leading developers and investors, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team.

Why this role?

  • Lead high-value projects from £30m up to £100m, taking them from cradle to grave.
  • Take full ownership of schemes end-to-end, from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with top-tier developers, investors, and multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver residential projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee programming, procurement, risk management, and contracts.
  • Be the main client contact and lead stakeholder relationships.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record delivering high-value residential schemes, up to £100m, from cradle to grave.
  • End-to-end project delivery experience in the living sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
  • MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent preferred.
