We’re working with a boutique residential project management & cost consultancy delivering standout projects in Later Living, PBSA, BTR, and Student Accommodation. With a growing pipeline of work from leading developers and investors, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team.
Why this role?
- Lead high-value projects from £30m up to £100m, taking them from cradle to grave.
- Take full ownership of schemes end-to-end, from inception to completion.
- Work closely with top-tier developers, investors, and multidisciplinary teams.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver residential projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Oversee programming, procurement, risk management, and contracts.
- Be the main client contact and lead stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record delivering high-value residential schemes, up to £100m, from cradle to grave.
- End-to-end project delivery experience in the living sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
- MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent preferred.
