About the Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a newly established project management consultancy that has already secured instructions from several major blue-chip clients. Despite being a young business, the company is building a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects and is now looking to grow its core team. This is a rare opportunity to join a consultancy at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its future. The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering CAT B commercial office fit out projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Programme, cost and risk management
- Coordinating design teams and contractors
- Running client meetings and reporting on progress
- Supporting business growth and client relationships
About You
This role is ideal for an ambitious Project Manager who wants to be part of a growing consultancy and progress quickly. You will ideally have:
- A degree in a construction or property-related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
- Be part-way through the RICS APC process
- Experience delivering commercial projects (office fit out experience highly desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with the business
