A Development Platform working directly with private capital, landowners and public sector partners is seeking a Project Director to lead project delivery across a portfolio of development schemes. The business operates at the intersection of development management and project delivery, supporting investors and development partners to originate and deliver complex development projects. This role will play a key leadership position within a small senior team, leading the delivery of projects while working closely with development managers throughout the development lifecycle. In addition to project delivery, the successful candidate will help shape and grow the project management capability of the business as it continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of development projects from planning through to completion
  • Work closely with development managers on development strategy and delivery
  • Provide commercial oversight and delivery leadership across projects
  • Manage consultant and contractor teams
  • Contribute to refining delivery processes within the business
  • Support the growth of the project management function over time

Candidate profile

  • Significant experience delivering development projects
