I’m currently working with a leading global consultancy to appoint an Associate Director – Quantity Surveyor to join their growing infrastructure and energy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior commercial leadership role, seconded into a major energy client delivering critical projects across the UK and Europe.
You’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of high-value infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on HV transmission, substations, and wider energy networks. This is a client-facing position where you’ll operate at a senior level, influencing strategy, managing risk, and driving commercial performance across complex programmes.
- Lead commercial management across major infrastructure and energy projects
- Provide strategic cost advice and contract management expertise
- Oversee procurement, cost planning, and financial reporting
- Proven experience as a Senior QS / Commercial Manager / Associate level
- Strong background in infrastructure or energy projects
- Direct experience with HV, transmission, or substation projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Hybrid working model: Three days per week in the client’s London office, two days per week working from home. Bonus + comprehensive package. Exposure to both UK and European projects (limited travel required).
