Project Management Consultancy | Hotels | London
Capstone is partnering exclusively with one of London's most respected boutique Development & Project Management consultancies to appoint an Associate Director level Project Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, design-led consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex hospitality, residential and commercial developments for leading clients.
Whilst boutique in size, the business consistently delivers alongside the industry's biggest names and is recognised for the quality of its people, collaborative culture and exceptional client relationships.
The successful candidate will take ownership of 2-3 high end to luxury hotel projects across Central London, ranging from £10m-£40m, with schemes currently progressing from feasibility through to construction.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of multiple high-profile hotel developments from inception through completion.
- Act as the trusted adviser to clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Manage procurement, programme, commercial performance and project risk.
- Administer and advise on JCT contracts (NEC experience beneficial).
- Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage contractor performance throughout delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers whilst supporting Directors on strategic client relationships.
About You
- Currently operating as a Senior Project Manager, Associate or Associate Director within a consultancy or client-side environment.
- Demonstrable experience delivering construction projects independently.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good working knowledge of JCT contracts.
- MRICS, MCIOB or APM qualified (or equivalent).
- Hospitality experience would be advantageous, however individuals from commercial, residential or mixed-use backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
