We are seeking a motivated Vascular Surgeon to launch and lead a new comprehensive vascular surgery program. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build a full-spectrum vascular practice in a region with strong unmet demand.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Build your own program with full institutional support and autonomy from day one
- Significant procedural growth potential (majority of vascular cases currently referred out)
- Immediate need for dialysis access procedures (fistula/graft creation)
- Future growth in: Carotid interventions (including TCAR), endovascular/open aneurysm repair, venous insufficiency, PAD, and limb salvage
- Strong support infrastructure:
- 3 catheterization labs
- 2D and incoming 3D C-arm with vascular package
- Da Vinci Dv5 robotic system
- Dedicated OR block time
- On-site hyperbaric medicine for wound care
- Established venous partner with sonographers, equipment, and staff
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + RVU productivity incentive
- Visa sponsorship available
