An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy delivering major energy infrastructure projects across the UK. Working within a specialist team, you will support the delivery of high-profile projects including substations, nuclear facilities, high-voltage and subsea cabling, transformers, and overhead transmission lines.

The Role

  • Provide commercial and cost management services from inception to final account.
  • Deliver both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
  • Manage procurement, valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and project teams.
  • Administer contracts and manage project risk across complex infrastructure schemes.

About You

  • Experience within energy, utilities or major infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of projects involving substations, HV cabling, nuclear, transformers or transmission networks.
  • Strong understanding of NEC and FIDIC contracts.
  • Experience across both front-end and post-contract delivery.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • MRICS qualified (preferred).
